I am Shannon Guiragossian, Certified Transaction Coordinator, Founder, and President of Top Notch Transactions Inc. I started my career in real estate 8 years ago as an executive assistant to a top producing real estate agent. I am incredibly grateful for this position as it allowed me to find my passion which is transaction coordinating. I have always loved serving others and helping people reach their goals and as a transaction coordinator, I am grateful because I get to do just that!
While working as an executive assistant managing all the office tasks which included transaction coordinating, I was constantly being approached by agents on the other side of transactions requesting transaction services. Since I was not independent at the time, I had to decline however I quickly realized there was a large need for experienced independent transaction coordinator services and so I decided to take a leap of faith to go out on my own and start my business. The vision for Top Notch Transactions is to provide a dedicated, thorough service, that positively impacts the lives of realtors allowing them to streamline their process, provide a team experience to their clients, and ultimately leverage their time to focus on the larger tasks such as negotiations.
California has one of the most stringent and document-heavy broker compliance processes in the US. This makes it especially important for real estate agents to choose to work alongside experienced professionals who keep their knowledge current. Therefore, I work hard to make sure I keep up to date with all the changes and broker requirements so that there are no last-minute surprises when it comes to the broker file.
When I am not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé, my 4 pups, road trips, and trying new foods! Yum!!
Ultimately, it is my goal to serve real estate agents who care about their clients and want to provide them with the best transaction experience possible. I know that together we can make this a positive and smooth experience for all parties involved.
