What are the monthly HOA dues?
The monthly homeowner’s dues are $195 a month.
Included: Front Landscaping, Security, Green Belt Park’s, Common Ground Maintenance.
Club Membership
Club membership subscription is optional for homeowners. If purchasing a resale, and the current homeowners have an active social membership (which is common), then the transfer fee is approximately $1,875. If the current homeowner does not have an active social membership, then the membership fee is approximately $12,000. If buying a new home then the fee is often discounted to around $6,000
After joining the club, an additional monthly fee of $183 a month is due.
HOA: $190 + Club: $183 = $378 Per Month.
What is included with the Clubhouse Membership?
Access to all amenities hosted at the on-site clubhouse.
Included: Fitness Center, aerobics room for classes, game room (golf simulator, pool, shuffleboard, poker table), resort pool, 3 lane lap pool, small aerobics pool, and an art n crafts separate building near the pool area.
Onsite social events are typically hosted at the ballroom upstairs or on the greenbelt grass area in front of the clubhouse.
On-site Restaurant “June Hills Table”
Inside the clubhouse is a public restaurant, “June Hills Table”. Anyone can eat at the restaurant, including non-members and the public.
Are there rental restrictions?
Yes. No renting for less than 30 days, and the renters must be 55 years of age (If in 55 plus area of the community).
Is Trilogy Polo Club, 55 & Older Only?
Yes & No. Homeowners must be 55 years of age or older. If your partner is below the age restrictions, that is okay. If someone living at home is a full time caretaker for someone 55, that is also okay.
Investors under the age of 55 Plus are welcome to purchase but must rent out the property.
** There is a section of homes (214) available within the community that allows for All Ages to purchase and live full time in the home. The homeowners who live there still overwhelmingly tend to be at least 55 years of age. (Click To View Map)
Club Membership
Can Renters Use The Club Amenities?
A homeowner can temporarily transfer their membership to a member. It can be done up to 3 times a year. There is a fee to do the transfer. The transfer amount is around $75 each time. Keep in mind that if the membership is transferred to the renter, the homeowner cannot use it.
Can Guests or Family Use The Club Amenities?
Yes. Family or Friends can pay a daily guest fee of around $5, or if they are renting long term the homeowner can do the transfer.
